It could be seen as a tragic \u2013comedy that\u2019s part TED talk and part motivational speaker to navigate the present moment. We can find ourselves under control by the dark histories of our ancestors but how can we release it for them and ourselves? How do we move on when we\u2019re confronted with an unexpected death of a friend or family member?
